We work for our clients, and we work for one another.Here’s a glimpse into your day to day:Managing all aspects and resources of multiple capital projects from inception through completion, developing detailed objectives and standards to meet all project deadlines & deliverables, and ensuring that all budgetary guidelines are met. Projects are typically under $2M in value.Managing capital appropriation for assigned projects, preparing cost/benefit analysis to justify and support project approvals, and preparing detailed written reports & deliver presentations outlining the status of projectsManaging contractor and construction activities on assigned projects, ensuring successful project execution.Working collaboratively with the Operations and Maintenance/Engineering departments to provide technical support in the acquisition, installation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing equipment, to include facilitating disposal of what is obsoleteEnsuring that departmental and plant objectives are met in the areas such as Safety, Quality, Sanitation and Overall Equipment EffectivenessDeveloping and implementing process improvement projects to increase productivity, reliability, sustainability, and cost reductionSupporting a High Performance Work (HPW) environment by utilizing a total team approach to process improvementsYou'll be a perfect fit if you have:Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial)Minimum 2 years of project engineering experience in a manufacturing/industrial settingDemonstrated leadership, planning, organizing and communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects from the evaluation through implementation stagesExperience scoping capital projects, managing capital projects to budgets, obtaining equipment specifications, managing schedules, and managing construction activities.Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:Project engineering experience in the Facilities, food processing, pharmaceutical, and/or chemical processing industryKnowledge and experience with plant operations, CAD systems and shop floor integrationExperience with SAP or a similar ERP systemA strong understanding of sanitary design conceptsExperience with maintenance programs and processesCompensation and Beneftis:Pay: $100,000-120,000 Annually (depending on experience) Eligible for overtime pay Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable) PTO and Paid Holidays Health Benefits: Employee through family level coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurances.
