Technology Sales Representative

The ULA Center of Excellence (CoE) is a specialized sales team responsible for structuring, developing, and negotiating Oracle’s most strategic and complex licensing transactions. The role partners closely with sales leadership, customers, and internal stakeholders to build compelling deal value, develop commercial and contractual strategies, and navigate internal approval processes through deal closure. Team members serve as subject-matter experts in Oracle licensing, contracts, and commercial structures , using this expertise to develop creative solutions that balance customer objectives with Oracle’s strategic and financial goals. The role requires strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-value transactions involving multiple stakeholders. Success in the role requires a deep understanding of Oracle licensing practices and contractual terms, combined with the ability to translate that knowledge into effective deal strategy and customer negotiations.
