What You Will Do Strategically promote and sell Stryker Surgical Technologies products to meet customer needs. Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating product value. Track territory progress, communicate wins with the Regional Manager, and exceed goals. Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and educate doctors, nurses, and staff on proper use and maintenance. Deliver excellent service and assist customers whenever required. What You Need 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or B2B sales preferred) *or* a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience. Approximately 20% travel required; valid driver’s license and ability to drive an automobile. Physical Requirements Medium work: exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally or up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects. Coordination of eye, hand, and foot movements with the ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands including visual and auditory discrimination, reading ability, and memory retention. Mental Requirements Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise. Manage time, projects, stress, and conflict. Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication. Bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision. Prioritize work and maintain detailed, confidential records. Communicate/present to large groups. Uphold unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive, demanding environment.
