Remote Cardiovascular Data Abstractor

Cardiovascular Data AbstractorInsight Global is seeking a fully remote Cardiovascular Data Abstractor to support a Healthcare AI client. This is a part-time opportunity working approximately 20 hours/week (working 4 hour blocks Mon-Fri) where candidates will apply their NCDR knowledge to review, abstract, and validate patient data while partnering closely with AI product teams. This role is highly detail-oriented and analytical, requiring a strong understanding of registry guidelines, clinical documentation, and abstraction workflows. Laptop and equipment will be provided.Responsibilities:Abstract clinical cases for one or more NCDR (National Cardiovascular Data Registry) registries such as TVT, LAAO, Stroke, Chest Pain-MI, CathPCI, and othersReview patient charts within the EHR to identify required data elements based on current registry specificationsEvaluate and validate AI-generated abstraction recommendations and input finalized data into the abstraction workflowAccurately document data sources and ensure compliance with registry standards and guidelinesProvide clear explanations of abstraction decisions and clinical reasoning to internal product teams to enhance AI performanceIdentify inconsistencies or gaps between AI recommendations and registry best practicesPartner with GTM and product teams to provide subject matter expertise and critique clinical presentationsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
