Learn about insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance. Identify customer needs and help recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Generate and follow up on leads to develop new customer relationships. Assist customers with coverage questions, policy updates, and ongoing service needs. Develop sales, communication, and customer service skills through hands‑on experience and training. Learn and utilize insurance systems, processes, and best practices. Meet with customers to review their insurance needs and discuss potential coverage solutions. Work collaboratively with team members to provide a positive customer experience. Work toward individual and team goals while continuing to develop professionally. Requirements Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are preferred but not required to apply. Licensing support and guidance are available for the right candidate. Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Comfortable working toward individual and team sales goals. Willingness to accept coaching, take initiative, and apply feedback. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
