PT Assistant Working Supervisor

Position: PT Assistant Working Supervisor Location: Rockville, MD Job Id: 296 # of Openings: 1 Schedule: Monday to Friday 5pm to 9pm Hourly Rate: $18.50/hourly Job Summary PMM Companies is currently looking for an Assistant to support the Supervisor with the daily operations of the assigned cleaning site. Knowledge of janitorial cleaning is preferred. Fluent in English required. The Assistant will help oversee employees, maintain cleaning standards, monitor staffing and attendance, assist with supplies, and support the Supervisor in ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and properly maintained according to company standards. What Will You Do General Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Assist the Supervisor with daily cleaning assignments and priorities. Help ensure all assigned rooms, departments, common areas, and other areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Assist with adjusting assignments when employees are absent or when additional cleaning needs arise. Help monitor staffing levels and communicate staffing concerns to the Supervisor. Assist with ensuring employees follow proper clock-in and clock-out procedures. Monitor the quality of cleaning and report any areas that need additional attention to the Supervisor. Assist with room, common area, and supply room inspections. Help ensure employees follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures. Assist with training employees on cleaning procedures and company expectations. Help monitor employee productivity and breaks and communicate any concerns to the Supervisor. Assist with maintaining cleaning supplies and ensuring inventory levels are maintained. Help keep supply rooms clean, organized, and properly stocked. Assist with addressing client requests and service concerns and communicate them to the Supervisor. Help maintain positive relationships with clients and ensure their cleaning needs are being met. Assist with accurate and timely reporting of employee hours for payroll. Complete cleaning and other assignments as directed by the Supervisor or management. Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team and ensure all areas are properly serviced. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 25 to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr PMM Companies
