Job Summary Danbury and Norwalk Hospitals are seeking full‑time Anesthesiologists to join a growing employed group located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Opportunities include day/non‑call, call, nocturnist, part‑time and per‑diem schedules. Responsibilities Provide anesthesia services for spine, orthopedics, cardiac, and obstetrics cases. Deliver 24/7 coverage across Danbury, Norwalk, New Milford, and Sharon Hospitals. Participate in teaching of residents, medical students, and CRNA students. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesia. New or recent graduates (including 2026) welcome; regional fellowship training is an asset. Ability to work a variety of scheduling options. Benefits & Compensation Generous sign‑on bonus and relocation allowance. Competitive base salary plus incentives and allowances (CMEs, dues). Malpractice coverage. Potential for total compensation range $430,000‑$600,000 annually, depending on schedule, subspecialty, and experience.
