Temporary Part-time Executive Assistant to Team (Two-Month Commitment)

As the Temporary Part-time Executive Assistant to a team at this global nonprofit, you will serve as a critical support partner to leadership, coordinating both administrative and special strategic functions across departments. This team is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work while seamlessly managing the day-to-day needs of senior executives. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex executive calendars, strategically managing scheduling priorities, high-level meetings, and shifting demands for multiple senior leaders.
• Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including multi-stop itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and real-time travel adjustments.
• Build strong relationships with staff and serve as a trusted liaison and representative of the executive office.
• Deliver exceptional service to all internal and external clients.
• Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, leadership events, and special initiatives.
• Represent and manage communication efforts on behalf of the executives.
• Create, edit, and review PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, expense reports, and agendas.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Track and manage items, schedules, and logistics in alignment with the nonprofit’s standards and expectations.

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience. You have 10-15 years dedicated in the Executive Assistant field supporting C-suite or high-profile Executives.
• Trustworthy. You understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
• Technically fluent. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and confident managing complex scheduling, communications, and coordination across multiple time zones.
• Operationally agile. You excel at juggling multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, composure, and responsiveness.
• Meticulously organized. You are known for your exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to keep complex workflows on track.
• Strategic thinker. You can anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and proactively solve problems before they arise.

The salary listed reflects the anticipated compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, location, business considerations, and internal equity. Final offer amounts are determined at the employer’s discretion.
