Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active SLP credentials and state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in progress of completing CFY
• Strong knowledge of pediatric language, speech, and communication disorders
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse classroom needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain ongoing documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Offer consultation and training for educators regarding speech/language supports
