Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 4045 Johns Creek Parkway Suwanee, GA

Schedule: Monday-Friday with two later evenings per week.

Compensation: starting at $78,000 annual base; commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school

• Outpatient Clinical Rotation if a new grad or student PT

• Valid State Physical Therapist License

• CPR certification
