Endocrinology – Physician – Mount Sinai Hospital – New York, NY Position Program Overview The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the Mount Sinai Health System are offering an opportunity for a clinician with academic interests. The Division seeks clinician educators to support its growth at various Mount Sinai Hospital campuses, including Mount Sinai Hospital, Morningside and West. The position is central to the Health System’s transformation into a leader in population health. Clinical Responsibilities Provide medical care in outpatient and inpatient settings for patients with all endocrine conditions. Deliver education and supervision to endocrinology fellows and medical residents. Collaborate across specialties and contribute to clinical and/or translational research. Participate in a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, dietitians, and certified diabetes educators. Teaching & Research Opportunities Members will have access to the Icahn School’s resources, including a large biobank, extensive population‑health tools with over 100,000 diabetes patients, and opportunities for academic advancement and promotion.
