Customer Service Specialist

Position Information Position Title: CS Raptor Student City position located in Auburn, AL. Pay Rate: $11.50/hour. Work Hours: 20 per week. Weekend/holiday work and same‑day travel within state and some out‑of‑state travel may be required. Essential Functions Conduct raptor educational programs, including teaching, public speaking, and providing expertise and assistance in outreach efforts under the direction of Education Staff. Provide and assist in the care and training of the Raptor Center’s educational ambassadors under direction of Education Staff. Assist volunteers with training, proper handling, restraining, and husbandry of educational ambassadors as directed. Assist with facility maintenance as needed. Perform administrative tasks as needed. Other duties as assigned. Why Work at Auburn? Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled Auburn University student. Minimum of 1 year working with animals. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience training raptors using positive reinforcement techniques and participating in public presentations.
