Clinical Recruiter – High-Volume Project StaffingNextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leading organization seeking a Clinical Recruiter to support a large-scale, high-volume corporate staffing initiative for healthcare clinicians and related positions. This position will manage the full recruiting lifecycle and help coordinate workforce resources for time-sensitive on-site events and special projects.The ideal candidate is an adaptable recruiter who can quickly shift priorities, build strong relationships with hiring leaders, and maintain an excellent candidate experience in a fast-moving environment.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, sourcing strategy development, candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation, offer negotiation, hiring, and onboarding support.Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, business priorities, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for high-volume and difficult-to-fill corporate positions.Source candidates through professional networks, referrals, social media, industry contacts, and exploratory conversations.Communicate consistently with hiring managers, candidates, and internal partners throughout the recruitment process.Coordinate workforce resources for onsite events by confirming availability, communicating assignments, tracking responses, and supporting deployment readiness.Assist candidates and new hires with onboarding activities and required documentation.Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and strengthen the candidate and hiring-manager experience.Support additional talent acquisition initiatives and special projects as assigned.What You'll BringPrevious recruiting and candidate-sourcing experience, including exposure to an agency recruiting environment.Strong sourcing, networking, interviewing, and candidate relationship-management skills.Experience managing multiple searches or high-volume hiring needs simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to establish credibility and productive relationships with hiring leaders and key stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to adjust recruiting strategies and priorities as business needs evolve.Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.Education and ExperienceCandidates should meet one of the following combinations:Associate degree with up to two years of relevant professional experience; orHigh school diploma or GED with two to four years of relevant professional experience.Work EnvironmentThe position will operate in an office or home-office environment.
