AP/AR Specialist – Construction

What you’ll do:

• Oversee AP/AR processes, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
• Reconcile accounts and research discrepancies
• Assist with project costing and financial reporting support
• Help maintain clean and accurate records for month-end close

What you bring:

• 2+ years of accounting, AP, or AR experience (construction experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams
