Sills Cummis & Gross is seeking an experienced attorney to join our Tax, Trusts and Estates Practice Group as Of Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level attorney with deep experience advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate issues.

Requirements

• Advise clients on complex estate planning strategies, including the design, drafting and implementation of wills and trusts.
• Handle trust and estate administration matters.
• Counsel clients on business succession planning and family wealth transfer strategies.
• Provide guidance on charitable and philanthropic planning.
• Structure and implement family partnerships, family limited liability companies and other planning vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in tax, trusts and estates law.
• Strong background in estate planning, trust and estate administration and related tax matters.
• Experience with sophisticated planning techniques and high-net-worth clients.
• Admission to both New Jersey and New York bars required.
• Prior experience in a law firm or comparable practice preferred.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client service skills.

Compensation

• The expected salary range for this position is $250,000-$300,000 depending on experience.
