Job Opportunity: Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician

We are looking for a dedicated Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstruction Surgery Physician to join our team of ten physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers. Candidates must be fellowship-trained and board certified or eligible in Female/Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Proficiency in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques is highly desirable. A strong understanding of diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical approaches for female urinary incontinence is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional evidence-based care in both office and surgical settings.
  • Evaluate and manage a variety of urogynecological conditions, including office-based procedures, vaginal surgeries, and minimally invasive surgical interventions.
  • Participate in our outreach program, which spans 15 community locations and operates across six facilities to ensure patient access to our specialized services.
  • Engage in our robust fellowship program, mentoring and teaching residents and fellows who regularly rotate through our department.
  • Manage a call schedule primarily focused on providing backup for fellows, averaging about 4-5 weekends annually and 1-2 weekdays monthly.
  • Explore extensive research opportunities across all facets of Urogynecology.
