One of our aerospace clients in El Segundo, CA is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join their fast-paced, growing Talent Acquisition team.

- 2+ years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role
- Experience in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferably, A&D, tech and/or manufacturing)
- 1+ years of experience with applicant tracking systems, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint
- Experience working in Workday
- Experience coordinating for multiple locations and organizations
- Comfortable scheduling 20+ interviews/day, including complex, multi-step onsite interviews
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and ability to manage a small req load during hiring surges
