We are seeking a dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented Receiving Warehouse & Forklift Associate to join our team full-time. In this role, you will support daily operations by receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, operating material handling equipment, maintaining precise inventory records, and assisting with order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
• Report shortages, overages, damaged products, or discrepancies to management promptly.
• Accurately label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations; assist with stocking shelves.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, inventory audits, and proper stock rotation.
• Pick, pack, stage, and load outbound customer orders and shipments accurately and securely.
• Keep warehouse, receiving, and storage areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and safe material handling procedures.
• Report equipment maintenance needs, safety concerns, or inventory issues immediately.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, and forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification (or the ability to become certified).
• Ability to read and understand packing slips, purchase orders, shipping labels, and inventory documentation.
• Strong math skills, inventory counting ability, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with barcode and inventory scanning systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull 50 lbs or more .
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, reach, and twist throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor warehouse environments with varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and work overtime as needed to meet business demands.
• Required to follow safety standards and wear Proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
