Job Responsibilities Become an expert in AI usage in law firms, including utilization of prompting, Copilot, ChatGPT and other relevant generative AI software platforms. Become an expert in various business and legal‑specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, Adobe, Nuance, etc. Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software, such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect. Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules. Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary. Maintain an upbeat, professional attitude, despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment. Assist with various administrative tasks. Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field. 1–2 years of experience in corporate training or adult education. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience in public speaking. Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business‑related applications preferred. Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal, but not required. Experience with generative AI is highly desired. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary and benefits.
