Service BDC Representative

North Reading Subaru is looking for an experienced, motivated Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. If you're comfortable on the phone, organized, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a fast paced dealership environment, we want to talk to you! What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers who are due for maintenance
• Handle inbound service calls and appointment requests
• Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-shows
• Work closely with the Service Advisors and Service department
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules
• Provide a professional, friendly customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive Service BDC or dealership experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Professional and personable attitude
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Ability to work independently while being part of a team
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn dealership software
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
