Transportation Coordinator The transportation cooordinator is responsible for all aspects of transportation with district owned busses. The transportation coordinator reports directly to the Superintendent. Performance Responsibilities Post bus routes each year. Build annual transportation budget for the district. Maintain legal paperwork required for state reporting (rosters, physicals, etc.) Communicate with parents as necessary. Maintain open communication with building level administrators. File all transportation related forms (trip sheets, logs,etc.) Set up appropriate professional development for drivers and meetings as necessary. Schedule all field trips, recreation trips, evacuations at schools, bus routes, sports trips and summer bus runs. Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Schools Designee. #J-18808-Ljbffr
