MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Duties
You will interpret, evaluate, and analyze activity manpower program appropriations, programming, budgeting, and allocation of resources consistent with the priorities and mission objectives of the Department of the Navy and the Department of War.
You will monitor and coordinate with N99 resource sponsor (RS) program managers and N1 requirements officers on issues relating to Navy active and reserve Information Warfare Enterprise billets.
You will prepare plans, recommendations, and activity positions regarding vital manpower information for use in senior N99 leadership decision-making.
You will gather and analyze manpower information to support data calls, reports, and leadership decision-making, frequently under compressed timelines.
You will locate discrepancies or inconsistencies, resolve and reconcile detected problems, and elevate unresolvable issues to Branch Heads or higher as needed.
You will review, coordinate, and staff submitted Manpower Change Requests (MCRs) as a resource sponsor or stakeholder.
