Location: St Louis - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract (Potential to Extend or Convert based on performance and budget)

On behalf of our client, a major enterprise leader, we are seeking a proactive, business-facing Technical Talent Acquisition Advisor. Supporting a dedicated team of seven recruiters, this position is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) disciplines.

This is not a passive recruiting role. Our client is looking for a self-motivated talent acquisition partner who excels at proactive sourcing, direct outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter license, and talent pipeline construction—rather than relying solely on inbound applicants. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to design comprehensive recruitment strategies, manage candidate screening, facilitate selection panels, negotiate job offers, and oversee preliminary onboarding.
• Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for critical technical roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative sourcing channels to ensure a high-quality, inclusive applicant pool.
• Stakeholder Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing regular status updates, market intelligence, and creative solutions for hard-to-fill technical positions.
• Process Excellence & Compliance: Ensure all hiring workflows are conducted in a values-based, defensible manner in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Maintain immaculate ATS selection documentation.
• HR Collaboration: Partner with HR peers to ensure job descriptions are marketable and aligned with operational needs. Identify continuous process improvements related to candidate pipelining and inclusive recruiting practices.
• Employer Branding & Outreach: Participate in key university career events, community outreach initiatives, and technical job fairs as required to expand brand visibility.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Core Experience: 3+ years of professional-level, end-to-end corporate or agency recruiting experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is strictly required.
• Sourcing Capabilities: Proven hands-on background actively sourcing passive technical talent using direct search methodologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, user groups).
• Workplace Model: Must be locally based and able to work in-office 3 days per week under a structured hybrid model.
• Software Literacy: Strong proficiency within Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) alongside enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building skills, strong business acumen, high attention to detail, and uncompromising integrity when handling confidential candidate data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience recruiting within a large corporate environment .
• Hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is strongly preferred.
• Broad experience sourcing across varied STEM, engineering, or technical disciplines.
