Live in Nanny, New York Highly experienced, professional, and warm live‑in nanny sought to assist a lovely family relocating from the Hamptons to New York at the end of August. The role involves caring for one girl aged 2½ years and a baby girl aged 12 weeks at the start of the position. Responsibilities Provide 100 % supervision and care of the two children, including nursery duties and educational play. Plan and arrange age‑appropriate recreational and developmental activities. Support the children’s learning of good manners, etiquette and everyday routines. Attend local classes and arrange additional learning opportunities where appropriate. Offer proxy parenting assistance as needed while balancing work‑family responsibilities. Assist with routine household tasks as required (e.g., light housekeeping, meal preparation for the children). A dedicated housekeeper will also be employed. Travel with the family for short trips (maximum 2 weeks per trip). Operate within a Monday‑Friday schedule, 8–12 hours per day.
