Account Manager (Collections Specialist)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Pure Water Partners, a privately held specialty finance company in the bottle free water marketplace is actively seeking an experienced enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager. The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to engage with customers, resolve delinquencies, and maintain a positive long- standing relationship with the customer.

Our Account Manager

• Communicates with customers by telephone, email, and written correspondence. Focusing to bring resolution to unpaid accounts
• Provides thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call made or received
• Is eligible for incentive pay based on performance

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Has 2 years of experience with collections, customer service, and sales
• Demonstrates a high level of trust and integrity
• Skilled in negotiation
• Exhibits strong customer service, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Displays confidence and professionalism on the phone
• Excellent written communication skills
• Is proficient in MS Word, Excel and other business programs
• Comfortable using analytical and problem-solving skills
• Has proven effective time management and the ability to prioritize projects and customer needs
• Displays professionalism in demeanor language and appearance
• Willing to work with and adhere to performance goals

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Accounts receivable: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location:

• Hybrid remote

For this opportunity you will need to commit to commuting to our Sandpoint, ID office daily for the initial training period (typically 2 weeks), and after that time employees who reside 30 minutes or more from our Sandpoint, ID office will be eligible for hybrid work

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Note that this hybrid role will require being onsite in our office 1-2 days per month.
