View phone number on click.appcast.io Quality Assurance Specialist Job Category: Product Development Division: Software and Technology Services Class: Full-time or Part-time UDA Technologies is seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Quality Assurance team, ensuring the reliability and performance of our project management software. This team plays a key part in maintaining product quality and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers with each release. This role focuses on testing new features and enhancements, identifying issues, and working closely with development to ensure a high-quality product. You’ll also investigate reported issues, validate fixes, and help prepare weekly software updates. What You'll Do Test new features and enhancements to ensure they meet requirements Identify, document, and track issues, working with developers to resolve them Verify that updates do not negatively impact existing functionality Investigate customer-reported issues and determine root causes Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams Prepare release reports and support weekly product updates Manage and update tickets in project management and CRM systems What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to think critically Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage deadlines and follow through on tasks Comfortable working across teams and tracking progress Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or currently pursuing a degree in a related field) Familiarity with issue tracking or CRM systems Salary & Benefits Compensation is based on your experience and qualifications.
