• Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (on-call duties prorated)
• Schedule: Flexible full-time and part-time options available, emphasizing a work-life balance. Call and holiday responsibilities are shared among the team, allowing for individual flexibility in hours and compensation.
• Location and Hospital Information: Muskegon: Level 2 trauma center; Grand Rapids: Level 2 trauma center; Grand Haven: Level 4 community hospital.
• Specialty: Anesthesiology

• Practice Model: Operate within a care team framework, providing medical oversight to CRNAs while also having the chance to perform cases personally.
• Case Diversity: Engage with a varied mix of general and complex cases, including orthopedic (both elective and trauma), gynecology, ENT, intricate vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology (including EP and structural heart), obstetrics, and comprehensive cardiothoracic cases.
• Advanced Techniques: Utilize peripheral nerve blocks and advanced regional methods to achieve enhanced recovery objectives alongside our surgical partners.

• Physicians: Must be board certified in a relevant clinical specialty or board eligible, with the expectation to achieve board certification within five years of the start date (unless earlier required by applicable medical staff bylaws).
• Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one).
• DEA license required.
• ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained).
