Wealth and Investment Service Specialist III

Description Summary The Wealth and Investment Service Specialist III is responsible for leading, onboarding/training, mentoring service specialists while completing assigned projects and supporting high-end sales advisors with client relationships. Duties and Responsibilities Train and mentor existing service specialists on policies/procedures/products/job expectations. Assist Section Manager or Lead to train/onboard new service specialist colleagues. Assist/Complete special projects. Support high-end sales advisor(s) with establishment, retention or maintenance of client relationships. Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of related experience Exempt Status (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay) Workplace Type Office Our Approach to Office Workplace Type We’re combining the best of both worlds: in-office and work from home.
