Job Full Description Job Summary:
We're looking for a dependable and hardworking professional to join a team as a Full-Time Tire Technician. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, rotating, and maintaining tires while providing excellent customer service and ensuring vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, enjoy hands-on work, and be committed to delivering quality service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with vehicles, this position offers a great opportunity for long-term growth.

Duties:
• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on a variety of vehicles.
• Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for wear and damage.
• Perform tire pressure checks and recommend services as needed.
• Assist customers with tire and service recommendations.
• Safely operate tire service equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with inventory organization and stocking of tires and supplies.
• Follow company safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Provide quality customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
• Work efficiently to meet daily service goals.
• Assist with general shop duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and tire service equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift tires and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
• Previous tire, automotive, or shop experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
Pay:
$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
