Professional Care Technician (Direct Care Worker)Join LADD – Living Alternatives for the Developmentally Disabled – and make a meaningful difference every day!Position DetailsPosition: Professional Care Technician (Direct Care Worker)Location: Cass County, MichiganStarting Pay: $17.13 per hourShifts Available: 2nd and 3rd shiftsHours: 16–32 hours per weekSchedule: Includes every other weekendOpportunity to combine hours from multiple programs for up to 40 hours per weekWhat You'll DoAs a Professional Care Technician, you'll provide compassionate support to individuals with developmental and medical disabilities, helping them live as independently and safely as possible.
