LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization. We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Controller to lead all controllership and financial management activities for a global automated systems business serving multiple industrial sectors. This is a newly created leadership role with full ownership of financial operations across U.S. and European entities.Reporting directly to the VP of Finance , this position will act as the financial steward for the business, overseeing end-to-end controllership, driving process improvements, and partnering cross-functionally to support growth and profitability.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in controllership, project and cost accounting, month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting within a complex, multi-entity environment. Finance Manager / Controller

Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000 base + bonus eligibility Location: Chalftont, PA (Hybrid / Onsite; travel required)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations across U.S. and European locations
• Own all phases of the monthly close process, including general ledger, consolidations, foreign currency translation, and management reporting
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze income statements, balance sheets, and supporting financial schedules
• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and business leaders to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and identify profit improvement opportunities
• Support growth initiatives and cost optimization programs
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, revenue recognition standards, and internal policies
• Serve as a key liaison for audits and statutory reporting requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2-4 accounting professionals

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Prior experience in a Controller or Finance Manager role preferred
• Strong background in controllership, month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting
• Experience with SOX controls in a public company or CPA firm environment
• Solid knowledge of ASC revenue recognition and cost accounting principles
• Exposure to audits, forecasting, statutory reporting, and ERP systems
• Manufacturing and project-based accounting experience a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, OneStream)

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
