In the role of a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding patient care within a 23-bed unit. Collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals, you will ensure that the highest standards of care are consistently upheld. Your skills will be vital in safeguarding patient safety and comfort, particularly when transitioning to the Progressive Care Unit for Medical-Surgical assignments.

• Deliver empathetic and thorough care to patients in a Medical-Surgical unit
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Track patient progress and maintain documentation in the EPIC charting system
• Work alongside healthcare team members to create and execute patient care plans
• Adhere to all necessary certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
