About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Orthopedic/Spine Unit – Colorado Start Date: August 4, 2026
Location: Aurora, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, day shift hours Highlights:

• Work in a 345-bed facility with 3-time Magnet Designation, demonstrating excellence in nursing care
• Orthopedic and Spine specialty unit focusing on joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal injuries
• Patient ratios of approximately 1:5 on day shift (ratios may vary by unit)
• EMR system: Meditech
• Family-oriented team environment where collaboration and mutual support are prioritized
• Excellent learning opportunity to care for patients with varied acute and chronic medical conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg or Orthopedic hospital experience required
• Current RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Chemotherapy certification preferred (provides opportunity for scheduling flexibility on Oncology units)
• Flexibility and willingness to float to other units as needed
