Mandatory Experience: BLOOD BANK and MICRO experience preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience No previous experience required. Skills, Abilities: Continually strives to maintain good rapport and cooperation with all hospital departments, medical staff, patients, fellow employees, visitors, etc. by communicating effectively. Certified MT with ASCP, AMT, NCCLS or equivalent certification. Certified MLS with ASCP, AMT, NCCLS or equivalent certification. EMR used: EPIC
