**Job Title: Corrections Registered Nurse • PRN**

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Job Description:**

Join our team as a Corrections Registered Nurse, delivering vital healthcare in a correctional environment. This 13•week contract offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of one 12•hour shift per week, up to 36 hours. Shifts vary between days and nights, with overtime available upon approval.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct patient assessments and nursing interventions.
• Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Perform standard nursing procedures.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Educate patients on health•related topics.
• Administer medications and manage pharmacological needs.
• Perform IV and phlebotomy skills.
• Assist in training new staff and students.

**Requirements:**

• Valid RN license (Arizona or Compact State).
• BLS and First•Aid Certification.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in jail/clinic settings, especially ITR.
• Availability for weekends and 5 holidays annually.

**Additional Information:**

• No on•call or floating to other jails.
• Contract extension opportunities.
• RTO accepted.
• PPE and scrub color details pending.
