Stitcher Operator

TSG – The Sheridan Group, a DC-based strategic communications and public affairs firm, seeks a Stitcher Operator to support our in-house production needs. In this on-site role, you will set up, operate, and maintain stitcher and related finishing equipment to produce high-quality print and advocacy materials that support client campaigns. You’ll read and interpret job tickets, manage paper and materials, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Working in a collaborative, high-performance culture, you will coordinate closely with account and production teams to meet tight deadlines while upholding safety and quality standards. This role offers hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment at the intersection of policy, politics, and media.
