Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling Verify dental insurance benefits and process patient billing and co-pays Maintain and update patient records accurately in dental practice management software Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily patient flow Handle patient follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and recalls Manage front office administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and correspondence Requirements: Prior experience in a dental front office required. Familiarity with dental practice management software specifically Dentrix. Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes.
