FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative

As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center to build long-lasting relationships by turning prospects into customers and long-term clients.

Responsibilities:

• Guides and consults with customer in defining needs and initiating orders which meet their requirements and budget.
• Provides creative direction by translating customer requirements into impact graphic solutions.
• Manages customer projects from start to finish insuring satisfaction with products and services.
• Responds to incoming calls, emails, in person walk-ins, and occasional off-site meetings.
• Prepares estimates and maintains estimate follow-up procedures.

Requirements:

• Prior sales, customer service, telemarketing, graphic design and/or graphic production experience would be a plus.
• Applicant should feel comfortable communicating with customers in a deadline oriented environment.
• Candidate should be self motivated, organized, a team player, and have an eye for layout, design and color.
• Proficient computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic math skills.
