Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for smooth, on‑brand operation. Work a flexible schedule, including periods with few or no scheduled hours and increased availability during peak times. Complete any additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Results‑oriented, with proven sales skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sense of care. Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels. Minimum age 18; able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Ready for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds. Willing to step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or for additional coverage. Compensation $14.10 – $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience. Work Hours Flexible schedule, 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
