Commercial Roofing Foreman

Commercial Roofing ForemanCommercial Roofing experience is required. Nations Roof is seeking an experienced commercial roofing foreman to manage crewmembers, oversee project safety, and communicate with clients. Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors and ranked in the Top 5 Roofing Contractors in the US. Our projects range in scope from large scale new construction, industrial, hospitality, distribution centers, retail centers, office buildings, residential apartment buildings and green roofs, to large renovation projects and repair and maintenance of existing buildings.Responsibilities:Lead and train helper to install and maintain roofing systems and provide watertight covering to existing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal roof systems.Organize and set up job sitesComplete daily paperworkEnsure crew abides by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protectionParticipate in safety meetings and training eventsSkills/Qualifications:3-5 years commercial roofing experiencePrior experience with installation of existing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal roof systemsManagement of crew and job inventoryWilling to abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection, etc.Hard working and punctual individualAbility to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, weekdays and weekendsMust have a valid driver's license and insurable driving recordAdditional experience/skill a plus:5-10 years of experienceKnowledgeable of correct procedures for manufacturers and inspection of completed workAdditional metal roof application experience is a plusBenefits Include:Premium Industry Wages and Exceptional Benefit Package:Hourly Pay Rate (commensurate with experience)Company Vehicle and PhoneSteady work year roundHealth Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)Life and AD&D InsuranceDisability Insurance401(K) retirement program with employer contributionPaid professional OSHA training and Pro Certifications, where applicableThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work to be performed.
