Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Company Description Public Storage is the self‑storage industry leader and we are Hiring Now! Compensation & Benefits Earn $19.00 Per Hour. Flexible and Full‑Time Schedules between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm (weekends until 5pm). Performance‑based bonuses available. Job Responsibilities Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside. Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies. Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability. Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits. Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required. Physical Requirements Ability to transport and move items weighing up to 35 pounds. Walk and operate in facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal free of debris. Qualifications Experience in customer‑service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or conduct other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available).
