Your Daily Menu:
- Manage team with different levels of experience, ensuring team cohesion and efficiency.
- Ensure the continuous operation and maintenance of firewalls and VPNs, ensuring the security of the iFood network infrastructure.
- Administer WAF rules using tools like Akamai and Cloudflare, ensuring the protection of web applications.
- Implement strategies for bot control and protection against crawlers, aiming at the integrity of the systems.
- Manage the relationship with suppliers, ensuring the quality and continuity of the contracted services.
- Supervise the network infrastructure of the offices, ensuring its efficiency and security.
- Participate in internal developments, such as automation scripts, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
Ingredients We Are Looking For:
- Experience in configuration, update, and maintenance of firewalls.
- Proven ability in management of VPNs.
- Knowledge of WAF and tools like Akamai and Cloudflare.
- Competence in bot control and protection against crawlers.
- Experience in people management, with leadership and talent development capacity.
- Basic knowledge in software development or scripting, with a willingness to evolve in this area.
- Plus: experience in the use of AI tools.
