About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical projects from planning through successful completion. This role will initially be remote, with a transition to full-time, site-based work after the first few months.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects from planning through completion.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, technical, and HSE teams.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors to meet project milestones.
• Track project progress, costs, risks, and schedules.
• Provide regular project updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently during the remote phase and transition effectively to a site-based environment.
