Position Overview: As the Assistant General Manager at Supreme Dumplings, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve leadership, team management, customer service, and operational support to maintain our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

Customer Service: Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff members, provide guidance and support, and promote a positive work culture focused on teamwork and excellence.
