Pay: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Job Type: Full-time, Direct-Hire (Permanent)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Early morning starts based on customer routes)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class B commercial vehicles safely across local routes in the Shenandoah Valley.
• Execute timely deliveries and pickups according to daily scheduled routes.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain clear, accurate log records and communicate professionally with customers at drop-off points.
• Adhere strictly to DOT safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class B) in good standing.
• Safety & Reliability: Strong record of dependability, safety, and punctual attendance.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with early morning start times driven by customer route demand.
• Attire: Must have steel-toe/work boots and long pants.
• Attitude: Positive demeanor with a willingness to learn local routes and company processes.
