What You’ll Be Doing Act as a strategic partner to Senior and Wealth Managers by supporting client relationships before, during, and after meetings. Participate in client meetings with the ability to add value in real‑time discussions. Lead and support client case preparation, including meeting agendas, planning strategies, and follow‑up deliverables. Drive proactive client engagement through thoughtful pre‑ and post‑meeting communication. Assist clients with the implementation of agreed‑upon financial strategies. Gradually assume responsibility for select client relationships as you progress along the Associate Wealth Manager career path. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of direct experience in an advisory or financial planning role. Ongoing development in core financial planning concepts and client strategies. Must have completed the CFP® education requirements or be close to completion. Growing knowledge of firm policies, practices, and procedures. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client‑first mindset. Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
