Analytics/AI Translator Location: Remote USA (EST Time Zone)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Analytics/AI Translator to bridge business challenges within Customer Solutions and Supply Chain with analytics and artificial intelligence opportunities. The ideal candidate will understand business processes and data-driven decision-making, identify high-value opportunities for Analytics and AI, translate business needs into actionable use cases, and collaborate with analysts, data engineers, developers, and other technical teams to shape solutions. This is a business-facing role . Candidates do not need to be hands-on production analytics or AI developers but must have a strong conceptual understanding of data, analytics, AI, and their practical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Solutions and Supply Chain stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and opportunities.
• Identify and prioritize high-value business problems that can be addressed through analytics and AI.
• Translate business requirements and challenges into well-defined analytics, AI, and product use cases .
• Evaluate opportunities based on business value, feasibility, data availability, and potential impact.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, data engineers, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to shape analytics and AI solutions.
• Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring business objectives are clearly understood and technical solutions address the intended business outcomes.
• Explain analytics and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and help stakeholders understand potential applications and limitations.
• Support solution adoption, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
• Define and communicate expected business value and support value realization after solution implementation.
• Influence business decisions through data-driven insights and analytics opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve Customer Solutions and Supply Chain processes through advanced analytics and AI.

Required Qualifications

• Experience working at the intersection of business, data, analytics, and technology .
• Strong understanding of analytics and AI concepts and their appropriate business applications.
• Understanding of data concepts, including OLAP and analytical data structures.
• Conceptual understanding of deep learning, logistic regression, machine learning, predictive analytics , and related analytical techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritize business problems suitable for analytics or AI solutions.
• Experience translating business needs into analytics use cases, product opportunities, or solution requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, data analysts, data scientists, data engineers, developers, and product teams.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and/or Customer Solutions business processes.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical and technical concepts to business audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Supply Chain Analytics, Customer Solutions, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, or Operations .
• Experience identifying or implementing AI/ML use cases in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with analytics product development or data product management.
• Experience with change management, solution adoption, or digital transformation programs.
• Familiarity with BI, data platforms, data science, machine learning, or cloud analytics environments.
• Experience defining KPIs, measuring business outcomes, and tracking value realization.
