Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Provide compassionate care to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Oklahoma
• Previous experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• CPR certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of rehabilitative techniques and modalities
• Understanding of patient assessment and documentation
• Ability to motivate patients and families
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Adaptability to changing patient needs
