Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials, tools, and equipment throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for shop tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Track incoming and outgoing inventory using company systems and documentation.
• Perform routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
• Organize and maintain warehouse and shop storage areas.
• Prepare materials and equipment for field and shop operations as needed.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored, tracked, and accounted for.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, shop, or materials handling experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems or inventory management processes.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
