Foster inclusion and respect for both customers and colleagues. What We’re Looking For Passion for customer service; experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Sales savvy: thrive in a dynamic environment using communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented: comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience while maintaining accuracy with transactions. Fashion forward: keen interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find their perfect look.
